You have already walked with me. In a coaching room, in a circle, immersed in nature, in an ORIN container. You know what happens when a woman finally tells the truth out loud.
The Field is what comes after. Not another program — a living network of women who keep walking in truth, who build together, who become friends for life.
This is my deepest container, and my deepest work. Twelve months of continuity: the same women, month after month, going further into themselves and further into what they are here to create. By the end of the year we will have made something together — businesses, collaborations, communities that belong to the world we actually want to live in.

I curate the group for balance: age, ethnical backgrounds, life situation, field of expertise. Designers, founders, marketers, coaches, leaders, wellness practitioners, finance minds. You are not joining a program with one teacher. You are joining twenty-three powerful peer mentors.

Why this field exists
Dropping the mask.
This is not another network for performance, positioning or showing off.
It is a space to go deeper and find out who we are underneath the mask, so we can lead in this world from integrity, truth and vitality.
The leaders I am looking for right now are women who are ready to be fully themselves, without holding back, in the company of other women who feel exactly the same way. No armor, no editing, no performing. Just the truth of where you are — met by women strong enough to hold it.

Sophie is the founder of ORIN Journeys and a guide for high-achieving women at pivotal thresholds — leaders ready to unchain themselves from outdated models of success and step into their next evolution as sovereign leaders of their lives, work and identity.
With 17 years of leadership experience in the tech and gaming industry, she has built and led 30+ global teams across the U.S., Europe and Asia, and mentored more than 300 leaders across VC-backed startups and public companies.
Her work weaves leadership coaching with ancient wisdom, somatic practice and deep feminine connection — the four thresholds of ORIN: Open, Release, Integrate, Nurture. The Field is where that work keeps living, in sisterhood, for a full year.
